Plan-first, not crew-first
Every project starts with a clean plan and submission pathway, not with crews and equipment looking for somewhere to point.
About
FlowLogic / PrimeRoute Ltd was set up to simplify how contractors and developers organise temporary traffic management works, bringing planning, permits and delivery partners under one clear process.
Why we exist
Most contractors and developers don't want to argue with councils, redraft plans three times, or chase down permit status updates. They want the works to run.
FlowLogic was set up to be the coordination layer that takes those moving parts off their plate, bringing TMPs, permits, crews and operators into one straightforward workflow with a single point of contact.
The team brings hands-on coordination experience across civil and developer projects, with documentation built the way Irish council reviewers expect it.
We bring planning, permit coordination and delivery organisation together so clients are not chasing multiple parties to get works moving.

How we work differently
The way FlowLogic runs a brief is not accidental. It comes from watching where most traffic management coordination falls down, and deliberately working the other way.
Every project starts with a clean plan and submission pathway, not with crews and equipment looking for somewhere to point.
Clients deal with one person who knows the project, not a chain of separate suppliers each holding part of the picture.
Plans and permit packs structured the way reviewers expect: fewer redrafts, faster approvals, less programme risk.
Lead-times, council processing days and crew availability factored into the brief from day one of the project.
Coverage
FlowLogic delivers most actively across Dublin and Leinster today. The coordination model is structured to operate with every Irish local authority — coverage is being scaled out as new projects come on, so the same workflow works the same way wherever the next one lands.

Currently delivering across these counties. Permit knowledge, council formats and turnaround windows mapped live.
