Service · Live-site support

From plan to last sign coming off site.

Daily readiness, attendance reporting and close-out documentation. The visibility your project file needs without the chase that usually comes with it.

What's included

The detail that closes a project clean.

Live-site support is the piece most projects under-resource — and the piece that usually decides whether sign-off feels routine or rushed.

Pre-start readiness check

Plan, permit, signage, crew and equipment confirmed in place the day before. No 7am surprises on the morning of works.

Daily attendance reporting

Who's on site, what's set up, what's running. Same status, same format, every day of the works.

Equipment & operator confirmation

Everything that's meant to be there, confirmed in place. Anything missing, flagged before it costs the day.

Issue & incident logging

Live record of anything that affects the works — public, weather, scope creep, deliveries. Documented at the time.

Programme-aware updates

Status doesn't just flow to the client — it flows to the programme. Slippage flagged the moment it's visible.

Close-out documentation pack

On completion: clean record of attendance, permits used, sign-offs, photos. Ready for the project file.

Process

Setup, run, update, close out.

Predictable rhythm through the works. The same shape every day, so the team and the client always know where the project is.

Send the project

Setup

Day-before readiness call: plan reviewed, permits confirmed, partners scheduled, kit on site or en route.

Run

Daily check-ins through the works. Operators confirmed, equipment confirmed, public flow confirmed.

Update

Standard daily status to the client and project team. Issues raised at the time, not after the fact.

Close out

Final attendance summary, permits closed, documentation pack delivered. Clean handover for the project file.

Why FlowLogic for delivery

Visibility through the works, without the chase.

The coordination layer doesn't end at the plan. It runs through the works and out the other side, with the documentation that proves it.

  • One contact through the entire works, not five
  • Standard reporting format every day, no chasing
  • Issues flagged the moment they're visible, not at sign-off
  • Close-out pack ready before the last cone leaves site

FAQ

Live-site questions answered.

How site delivery actually runs — when we attend, how reporting works, and how it fits with the rest of the project.

  • Most live-site support runs on coordination, not constant on-site presence — which keeps it cost-effective. We'll attend in person where the works require it (e.g. complex multi-phase setups, sensitive city-centre permits, framework-level QA). The coordination layer runs the same way regardless.

  • FlowLogic stays the council contact through the works. Reviewer queries, scope changes or extension requests get handled without the contractor having to pause to chase paperwork.

  • Yes. We can pick up live-site support partway through a programme — particularly useful for utility framework clients moving onto a new phase, or when the original coordination contact has changed.

  • Live-site support can be quoted standalone or bundled with TMP preparation and permit coordination as a single workstream. Most clients running multiple projects with us take it bundled.
