Crew & operator booking
Right-fit crews and stop/go operators sourced and booked around the approved plan and your programme dates.
Service · Works coordination
Crews, operators and equipment booked around the approved plan. One clear contact through delivery, partner-agnostic by design.
What's included
The detail that decides whether a job runs clean or burns through the programme. FlowLogic carries it on your behalf.
Right-fit crews and stop/go operators sourced and booked around the approved plan and your programme dates.
Cones, barriers, signage, VMS, lights — coordinated through trusted partners. The right kit on site, on time.
One person who knows the project, end to end. No chasing the engineer, the council and the supplier separately.
Status reporting through delivery — what's set up, what's live, what's coming next. No silence between visits.
When the weather turns or a partner can't make the day, FlowLogic restages without the client carrying the call.
Resourcing booked against your construction programme, not borrowed dates. Lead-times factored in upfront.
Process
A clean handoff from your plan to the people on the ground. Predictable enough to build a programme around.
Send the approved plan, dates and any constraints. We work from the documentation, not from scratch.
Right partners selected for the works — crews, operators, equipment suppliers. We carry the relationships.
Timings locked in, contingency built around council windows and your programme.
FlowLogic stays the contact through delivery. Updates flow, issues resolved before they hit the client.

On the ground
Right partners, right kit, right time.
Why FlowLogic for coordination
Most coordination problems aren't a missing supplier. They're a missing person who owns the whole picture.
We're not selling our own crew. Every project goes to the partners best matched to the works.
Coordination decisions are made by people who think about how the works actually run on the ground.
Priorities aren't just the day — they're the date the rest of the works depend on.
FAQ
How the coordination model actually works in practice — pricing, partners, and what happens when things don't go to plan.
FlowLogic is the coordination layer, not a crew provider. We work with a network of trusted Irish traffic management partners and route every project to the right one for the works. That's deliberate — it lets us stay objective and keep the focus on what the project actually needs.
Yes. Many clients come to us with planning and permits already done by their own engineer or contractor. We pick up the coordination layer from there — partner sourcing, scheduling, daily updates, recovery management.
We hold the relationships across multiple partners, so weather, illness or programme slip get rescheduled or restaged without dropping the works. The client gets one update, not five.
Most works coordination is quoted per project against a clear scope. Larger or longer-running programmes — utility frameworks, multi-month civils — typically move to a retainer. We agree the model upfront.
